Answer:This is an adorable little doll, small enough for a baby to hold. It's made entirely of cloth and is very soft all over. The onesie is not removable; it's the body of the doll. The only thing that looks like it might accidentally come off is the bows, so we'll have to double-check those. The doll is machine washable, but I would keep it in a mesh lingerie bag. It makes a very soft rattling sound when shaken.
