Where to place the water fountain is critical

The location of the water fountain is also important. If it is placed in a place where your cat does not often pass by, it will definitely not notice the matter of replenishing water. Please do not place the cat water fountain in the following places:

Areas with heavy traffic.

Near noisy electrical appliances.

Near garbage cans.

Water can be easily contaminated.

There is direct sunlight.
You can place the water fountain in a place where your cat likes to hang out or play.

Let your cat know the exclusive water fountain

Once you find a suitable place to place the water fountain, fill the water fountain with water, but do not plug it into the outlet immediately. The reason is that your cat should get used to the new object first. After a day or two, refill the water and plug the water fountain into the outlet. At the same time, temporarily remove all other water sources and observe whether your cat starts drinking from the water dispenser. If your cat still refuses to drink from the water dispenser, turn off the pump and refill it; meanwhile, place other water sources for your cat. Then try the process again. Your cat will usually get used to the water dispenser after a few days.

If your cat still resists drinking from the designated water dispenser, you need to spend some time observing the cat's drinking habits and slowly guide it to drink from the water dispenser.
